One kitchen, one family, one wok line that's been firing on Main Street since 2009. Long enough that the regulars know which Friday to call ahead. We cook the way we'd cook for our own table. Fresh out of the wok, plated quick, and brought out to a town that knows the difference between fast food and food cooked fast.
We sit between Kansas City and Columbia, halfway down that I-70 stretch where most drivers don't expect to find good Chinese food. They stop in once. Then they come back the next time they're driving through.
We're right on Main Street in Concordia. Easy on and off I-70. Call ahead and your order is in a bag waiting when you walk in.
